Diario de Cimaen, 17 oct. 12

Cycled to the gym in heavy wind which was fun & also upped my pace because I was feeling good. Had an hour & half of great cardio workout.

Some guy stoppd his car in the middle of the road & commented about how much the weight was flying off me & then offered me some clothes if I needed some.

As I suspected the weight loss has slowed as I've been toning my upper body along side losing weight, but all 'n' all everything is going to plan.
