RANT ALERT

So I’ve cut out refined sugars, alcohol, bread and treats. I’ve had a very healthy diet for a few weeks now (and didn’t gain over Xmas as I was very strict on myself) and I haven’t seen a single bit of weight loss. I feel a bit healthier but not so much that it’s worth all the meal prep, not eating out and not having any treats or the occasional glass of champers which I used to really enjoy.

I go the gym, I go to circuits classes and work my butt off m, but I just dont seem to be shifting anything 🤷‍♀️

I’ve spoke with a PT and he said record everything you eat as it’s simply a matter of calories before he can really refine my nutrition which is was brought me here.

Moan over- I guess the weekend is just maki g me miss treats!
