Weekly weigh in progress#35 BF 37.4% (-0.4 lbs). Not a huge loss, but if you count the gain from last week it comes to 1.6 lbs lol. I'm doing better with sleep this week but feeling a little toxic and having constipation issues again. Also vertigo has come up a few days along with blurred vision.. Trusting it's just stuff kicking up to be released and looking forward to my next session next week.
