I didn't do great this week, had some okay days and bad days. I am really trying hard to adjust my normal. I know I can lose weight on a 1200 calorie diet, however I can't do that yet. I know my "normal" is unhealthy. So it's not a matter of dieting. I really need to change my normal. Goals this week are tracking (I eat much less when I'm tracking)… drinking plenty of water, and 5,000 steps a day. Gotta get out of this sedentary rut.
