My first day of doctor putting me on two protein shakes a day and one meal consistent mostly of protein. I wasn't even hungry but I knew I have to get my one meal in Which consistent of one chicken tender, romaine lettuce and one boiled egg. Sine I have to lose 60 lbs as soon ad I can to get my knee replaced I wonder what is to low on calories a day. since I'm doing the protein shakes and I take a multivitamin. Is there a to low?

It may be a thing to ask your doctor? Did she or have specific institutions about portions for these meals?

She didn't say, just said to eat lean like tuna, fish,chicken with a garden salad or green veggies. No bread, rice etc, Wanna get it off fast so I can have my knee done.

I am not an authority or anything but I think that too low will not do you any favours. It just make you too depraved and you set yourself up for failure. How much does fatsecret tell you to eat?

I agree but my lifestyle is pretty sedentary. We drive an 18 wheeler and 14 hours of our day is setting on the dang truck. I walk when we hit the rest area but it's a slow walk with my cane. My peddler will be here tomorrow. Can set it on the bed on the truck and work the arms and will fit on the floor also.
