So sad 😞 that I won’t be able to exercise due to sinusitis infection 🤦‍♀️. Next week I’m away for a work conference, I guess I’ll have to start again on February. What a setback 😐

Unfortunately I’m not allowed to exercise until I feel better. Drs orders🤦‍♀️. I’m sure I’ll be ok by next week, will have to weather it though but I’m taking my gym gear. The hotel we staying at has a gym or alternatively I’ll hit the beach for a morning jog. Thanks guys 🌺

I have seen that you shouldn't worry about exercising when sick if the symptoms are above your torso. Basically your head... 😉🤷‍♂️

Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym. 90% of progress comes from proper nutrition. Exercise is just the Icing. There's plenty of delicious and healthy foods to enjoy like a nice homemade vegetable soup or whatever diet your following. Stick to it and don't give up. Meal prep for your conference - it can be done. Never give up

There are some really great hotel room workouts online. Some are just 15 mins long and need no equipment at all
