looks good apart from the pale lettuce. Did you know that lettuce with packed leaves have up to 10x less nutrients than a green open lettuce.

Honestly? Nice of you to show this. Always helpful. But I would not stick to a diet that offered this in itspresent form. Stickability is key for me. Looks pale, uninteresting and not very filling. The chicken looks prepackaged and processed-the kind that tastes of plastic. To keep me going I would replace the pale lettuce with lots of baby spinach, fresh lettuce & chopped parsley with perhaps a mandolined courgette, tossed in the honey and mustard (Dijon) , and roast an organic chicken breast from my local butcher. I would take skin off, but add 1 tsp of high quality Italian or French egg based mayonnaise on chicken, and some diced yellow peppers.

Hi tablet.trust, thank you for sharing your picture, I for one appreciate it, obviously Gordon Ramsay's cousins think they know better and could do better ( let's see if they post pictures of their own recipes) as long as you enjoyed your meal. I wasn't being negative, any food that helps you loose at least a little is all good. My only concern is that people don't take in enough nutrients on their quest to loose calories and by making one small change to the meal, you can gain a lot.
