Sporadic journals here and there... Super busy at work..
Yesterday allowed myself a cheat meal and let me tell you it was worth every lb that it cost me!!! Had a huge champagne sangria... Split a tuna tartare appetizer... 2 sushi rolls... And the most amazing dessert ever.. Called toasted marshmallow bake.. Pretty much an open faced s'more.. Ugh....my mouth was happy... Also excited that my fav sushi restaurant offers all the rolls with brown rice and high protein lo carb options on other me u choices.. Now I don't HAVE to make it a cheat meal.. I can enjoy occasionally if u choose!!!
And the best part?.. It only cost me a lb on the scale.. 162.6 this morning..
Win. Any way... We will see if I can get back to my low this week ... Great day fs friends!
