We'll see. It turned out to be a sort of 'pre-screening' event. We handed in resumes, and spoke briefly, maybe around 5 minutes, with a nurse already on staff. The one I talked to was an operating room nurse, which meant she'd never interacted with my precepting nurse, more's the bad luck. Then, once we'd left, that person fills out a little card suggesting that human resources look at us further or not. They didn't really even ask any in depth sorts of questions. The one job-interviewish question I got was 'What qualities would you bring to the hospital?'
