Its as if am stuck in a time loop.
Cycled to the gym & had yet another cardio workout. The only difference is, its getting cold now, but on the good side more & more folk are commenting on how much the weight is flying off. Bloody nosy if you ask me, must folk didn't give a hoot when I was big. Memory like an Elephant I have.
The down side is I'm running out of clothes that fit.
The diet is still going AoK.
