Diario de PJNappi, 04 feb. 19

Been a tough January and I’m happy to be done with holidays and Super Bowl parties... getting serious again. I had a modest gain of a couple pounds since I weighed in last, but nothing unmanageable. So time to set a new, realistic goal. I want to lose 20 pounds before Memorial Day, which here in New Jersey, marks the beginning of summer and beach season. So there it is... I’m going back to strict Keto beginning today and hope to be feeling better and looking better in no time.
