I've done well but I'm trying to count straight carbs, so net carbs no longer give me the freedom to eat more of them. I also have guest coming from Oz and he is staying 7 weeks, yikes! How will I ever stay on the diet? I'm just going to have to tell him I'm not eating anything that he eats and less of everything I do eat. That's about the gist of it. Im not wrecking my diet for anything! Even though I've lost weight, my legs are still so fat and I've got to get this weight off of my poor body! I just gotta!
