Just had radishes cooked in butter. I've never been fond of radishes, but YUMMY! Of course, most things would be better with butter. (And a bit of salt) Another vegetable to add to my list!

I just saw some recipes for that on some websites! I don't care for radishes at all, but my husband loves them - another thing I had no idea could be COOKED! He'd probably LOVE them, and I might even like them! There was a recipe for "red skin potatoes" that used the radishes instead. Note to self: cook radishes sometime!

I used to do them like glazed carrots in butter with a little honey to add a shine. But I hate them raw in a salad.
