Diario de tdkellerbabe, 14 jun. 10

Well, just for the hey of it I thought I'd weigh in this morning. I'm down .2lbs since Friday. Not much, and won't be achieving any goals this way (well, maybe, but really really slowly ugh) Gonna try this stuff called acai burn along with my lower cal diet and exercise. I was told Alli works really well too. Thinking maybe I should try that too and see if it helps. I'm working really hard here and just want to see results. I know its a lengthy process, but why such little progress? I've even amped up the exercise by jogging more. *Sigh* I suppose I should be happy that it's not a gain, huh? All I can do is keep it up and hope that it will eventually show in the scales and in the way my clothes fit. I can feel it in my muscles, so hopefully soon...ACT or Accept. I will ACT.

It IS a frustrating process but you are eating right and doing the all-important exercising! I had a few frustrating weigh-ins and then was pleasantly surprised with a very nice drop-but may have gained some back after this weekend's activites, but over-all I am "acting" ! Doing something to reduce this weight problem and am so much healtier and happier! Hang in there!

Thanks for the encouraging words! I'm definitely not gonna give up over something so stupid as a number this time. It's about my health and happiness now, not about that darned scale...
