Well, just for the hey of it I thought I'd weigh in this morning. I'm down .2lbs since Friday. Not much, and won't be achieving any goals this way (well, maybe, but really really slowly ugh) Gonna try this stuff called acai burn along with my lower cal diet and exercise. I was told Alli works really well too. Thinking maybe I should try that too and see if it helps. I'm working really hard here and just want to see results. I know its a lengthy process, but why such little progress? I've even amped up the exercise by jogging more. *Sigh* I suppose I should be happy that it's not a gain, huh? All I can do is keep it up and hope that it will eventually show in the scales and in the way my clothes fit. I can feel it in my muscles, so hopefully soon...ACT or Accept. I will ACT.
