OK, so I think between my Dr and I we figured out what was going on with me and the Intuitive Eating.., I was in a One-on-One and not in a class and I'm the kind of person who does better in a group because I take notes and it's not so much of a friendly chat so I'll be joining a class at the end of March, and as far as the meds go, we had flip- flopped trying to find what was right for me, at the same time as I was trying to quit smoking which explains why I had the weight gain. The dr said that if I hadn't been on the med that I was on I could have potentially gained a lot more than I did., but I did successfully quit smoking on October 29, 2018.., just decided that day to try vaping and haven't had another cigarette since., haven't wanted one either., am also not using vape oil/juice with nicotine so I'm 100% tobacco/nicotine free. So, now I've been prescribed Qsymia as the 2 separate meds so that my insurance will pay for it and in one week on it I've gone from 178 to 172., let's see how well this really works along with what I already do.
