Cycled to the gym & had a good weight / cardio workout. The instructor commented about how much weight I have lost & how toned I was. "Looking good", she said. The instructor also questioned me again about how much weight I'd lost, what I was weighing now & what is my goal weight. She was shocked when I'd told her & she stressed that was far too small for my height & build. She went on to say that 14 stone would be ideal for me & any lighter may start to effect my health, both physically & mentally. We shall see!
