Wow, what a difference a week can do. Went on a business trip last week, had a horrible time. Let's just say room service and late night eating isn't a good thing. When I got home I was on vacation and always on the go. I didn't plan things out right. Got back on track this past Saturday and feel better about myself. Gonna save my weigh in for a week. Couldn't take seeing what happened.... Atleast now I know that I need to be a little better prepared for these things....

I agree, I don't think its so much eating out thats the problem, but like you said...late night eating and trying to find any decent food when its late. Most good restaurants are closed and you order pizza delivered to your room. Sounds like you are right back on track and you will be fine.l
