DAY 322..GOOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!! DAY #4 OF ATKINS and it seems almost too easy and its a greatttttt morning to wake up to..54 outside..another nice day is comin as the sun will be comin up shortly..in the 70s again today..got several things to do outside again today..12166 steps yesterday, just in case you wonder lorik...lol..you probably beat me cause after 2 i ran outta steam..and was just on cruise control..but today is another day so we will see how many steps we get in today..gettin ready to do my daily walk, then a gym wokrout..then not sure whats on the schedule..more to come later...

45 min walk
30 min 11 res. hill bike
15 min 6 res hill bike
30 min shootin weeds with spray/walkin around the yard
30 min this afternoon dumbbell curls..

Great job! Just a tip, though, I was finding that I ran out of steam mid-afternoon. I found that having some protein about then perked me back up. I had to find a new gauge for when I need to eat since I don't get hungry any more on this diet. My energy level is my indicator now. :) Hope this helps.

A fresh start!!! Sometimes that is what we need to do!! I have gone back to phase 1 for a few days or week & I have had week's that I fast 1 day. Just things to mess with my bodies mind!!!! You have done such a wonderful job! From 375 & you are so very close to getting under that 300 now!! I'm pullin' for you & I have confidence that you are going to get to your own personal GOAL!! Wonderful!!! We are here for you! You are here for us!! Keep on counting those steps!!!!

thanks sararay..i noticed that today after my workouts..i didnt drink a protein shake after workout today and about 130 i was thinkin .. noow might be a good time for some protein...so guess im gonna have to start drinkin them again on a daily basis..
