A beautiful morning weather wise which just added to a great cycle to the gym & a fantastic cardio workout. The cycle home in the sun & feeling great after a workout is beyond words.
My heart rate has lowered & my levels have all upped. Getting much stronger
Diet is back to normal after I had upped my cal intake for two days. It seems that those extra cals went straight to my mid section ;).
