Diario de loosinisfun, 15 jun. 10

goooooooooooooood mornin everyone...gettin ready to head out for a morning walk...kept up an moving all day yesterday...did 4x40 min workouts on that bike to no where...an cut an trimmed the grass...o my it was hot an humid yesterday...even though i drank 3x 10 oz of bottled water yesterday when i was out trimming the yard, i weighed my self before i went out to cut an trim grass..and after i came back in..i lost 2 pounds...lol...was like trim a little bit an wipe the sweat...an take a drink...then do it again an again...but got it over with finally...did over 35,000 in steps yesterday as well since i increased the amount of time im puttin in on the bike...and its all starting to show on the scales as well...so same plan again today...i downloaded 2 new mp3s to listen to when i do my workouts...one is a 30 min, the other a 40 min...i use them when i go walking, or bike riding...and ive noticed since i started doing a 40 min workout on b to nowhere...that my walking time has increased as well...well need to get this body up an movin once again...get dressed, make the bed, and head out...another busy day again, but lest its not spendin time in the yard like yesterday...lol...have a greattttttttttttttt day everyone...

like you...i once had a problem of gettin in the mood...an now its a habit ...like most anything you need to change in your life...its a matter of doing it day after day...an getting into a habit ...and after all thats what we are all here for..to change from a bad lifestyle into a healthier one..have a great day..
