i wasn't really believing i am truly below 180, it's always such a sticking point for me. but it is great to see 176ish - and i am hoping 175 by the end of the week. but, just to prove a point to myself i stepped on the scale with wet hair and all my clothes, and it was STILL under 180.

...starting to trust it...

i still *feel* the same though. i guess that will take time. and certainly, i still have a long way to go.

but, today was good and here's to never seeing 180 again!
