You can be at 0.1 after eating a bagel and having OJ for breakfast (I think is the example he uses) and then he continues to describe the levels of ketones and the readings from small, safe, to the higher closer to 10 levels and kept-acid-osis. A good review for anyone who wants to hear someone who has written about this diet for decades.
