227, 224, 220. kept wthin my target intake almost last night, would have made it if I had skipped the cider. also kept my output above my intake by at least 150kcal, which is a fine amount, and was ignoring extra amounts that I may have burnt as well. I do wonder how many cushion calories they work in to their numbers.
