Diario de Silverweb, 16 jun. 10

Well, I'm still hovering at 210. Seems to be the pattern for me, even though I'm doing well on the diet and exercising.
My friend from Oz is coming tonight, and I didn't reach to the level i wanted to, but what can one do? I hope I can stay on this diet well while he is here for 7 weeks. Sighs....

I know what you mean, I'm dieting and exercising and I am at my hover weight too! I am seeing improvements in the way I look and the way my clothes fit. We just have to keep doing the right thing and the good results will come eventually. I've been through this before so I speak from experience. I stayed stuck on one weight for 3 months, then all of a sudden the weight fell off. It was strange. Looking back on it, I think I just stopped focusing on the scale and kept working out and eating right. The next thing I knew the weight came off!
