weak day today. started stupid with a Kolache and a doughnut. ate Mexican for lunch and a cheese burger for dinner. Now I feel like crap! I'm going to go ultra clean tomorrow.

Not going to be extreme. I just have to do what I was doing before. I'd been doing well...just have a serious off day. Thanks for the suggestion.

No problem. if it becomes a habit... clean eating, out of control, clean, out of control .. try to see if there a reason for this

@keyten77 - LOL! I think you're right! HAHAHA! @rosario19, you're right. I've dealt with this all my life. i wish I knew the answer. I've lost down from 325 lbs to 175 in 13 months, gained most of it back. A few years later, got sick of being overweight (again), discovered CrossFit and Paleo. Worked amazingly well. But I got knocked out of my routine when I had surgery and have never fully "recovered" from that. I'm trying to get back in the habit i was in before. the most frustrating thing is I KNOW I can do it, as I've done it before. If I had never lost the weight...been fat always, then I could "fool" myself into believing I can't do it. But can't do that either! I appreciate the thoughts and the support! I really do!
