Weekly weigh in progress#39 BF 35.8% (-2.2 lbs). Woohoo! Losing 2 wks in a row I'm so happy and have now lost over 55 lbs yay me! I got over my resistance to intermittent fasting and I am eating all solid food between 9am-7pm, just coffee and SF FF creamer in am before breakfast and herbal tea with a tsp of SF Coffeemate liquid creamer after 7 and some dissolved collagen if I feel hungry still. I know once I adapt to the new sleep schedule things will get better.. still feel very physically strained and having trouble with my M-W-F exercises. The last 2 wks have been especially hard, I have felt a lot of vertigo and body changes and haven't felt good enough to even move some days. Grateful I have a quick session with Kathy soon 😍
