I just found an old picture of me when I weighed 255, my heaviest weight ever, OMG! It struck me that I have lost over 120 pounds; wow. The picture is a poloroid of me & some friend at a drag show; what a hoot! I'll see if it's possible to scan it and share it as a way-before picture.
I went to an outlet store today & bought a pair of size 8 shorts that fit! Also got some 10s that fit about the same, some yoga pants, and a cool pair of jeans, all for under $30. I am SO going to be ready for Maui in March!
I do need to cut down on snacks, though mostly they give me the 50+ grams of fiber I need a day for regularity (darn meds stop me up). Fiber supplements don't work the same.
Portland Pilots women's soccer last night was awesome; they won after two overtime periods and five rounds of penalty kicks! It was really cold so we left before OT, listening to the game all the way home on my phone; the announcers were so excited; the students & other fans mobbed the field, lifted up the heroic goalie ; good stuff.
Yep, life is good!
