Diario de loosinisfun, 18 jun. 10

goooooooooood mornin everyone..another morning walk over with...gettin ready to head out the door an ride that first 40 min workout on the bike...step count was down to around 32,000 steps yesterday ...was just to tired to care..even took an hour nap...guess i needed the rest...humidity is already back again..70 this morning..but felt warmer...headed outta town tomow to visit family an hate going outta town cause that means eating out an regardless of how healthy you try to eat, its just not as good as eating at home an knowing its healthier...well gonna cool off for a few an then try an get half of my workouts over with before noon an higher temps...have a greatttttttt day everyone...
