So according to BMI this is minimum. Yeah and I want to lose another 6kg, clothing size, stone. Hmm. And I have 18 days until endo, (07/12) and I would like to be 48/49 by then. But I don't seem to be budging from this. It might be time for a vitamin R day. It is a skool day after all. I look at my stomach and wonder how this is minimum. Blurg.
