I am so happy. I realize that some may think smsh - 1 pound. They may also think to themselves 3 sit-ups and now 5 sit-ups and laugh. Some may even want to critique the posture. What I say is ... yeah! Believing that the healthy girl that was once so stood tall is still there is what I must do. I know how to do that perfect sit-up. But what I only care about is GOD granted me FAVOR to fold my body towards my knees to work my abdominal muscles. Yes I know you are in there ... come out come out tummy muscles. (Smile). So I am down 1 more pound and did 5 sit-ups. Possibilities past my expectations. One day at a time.
