My fiancé is aware that I'm trying to lose weight and he knows I use this app to track my calories. Anytime I post a picture or get a snack he asks if the "calorie crew" (aka you guys) is going to approve 😂😂😂

The portion control has been the hardest to keep in control. BUT it's all been worth it and that keeps me going. I LOVE seeing other people post their food and recipes❤️ And I love the encouraging words from everyone!!! This is such a positive community
