I went off the Ketogenic diet again. Initially changed my macros to 25:55:20 and then vacationed at the home of vegans. uh-oh. Tried to be smarter than the last time I transitioned off the diet but... Week one was good but then I had a skin reaction worse than usual. I went to the dermatologist and was diagnosed with rosacea and told to get back on the Ketogenic diet. I am not in Ketosis yet and my skin is already looking much better. BTW I only gained .8lbs on vacation. So excited! Favorite carb on vacation: Vicky's Jalapeno Potato Chips (pretty sure they triggered my skin reaction...worth it...until i get the doctor's bill)
