Well it has been a lil while since I have posted a journal entry! I am still doing well and sticking with this lifestyle change. I only have 13 lbs to go to get to my goal and am hitting the gym extra hard.

Trained Jiu Jitsu last night with a couple guys for 2 hours along with a great workout and cardio.

Today I hit the gym hard with a killer leg workout. Sets of 500, 590, 700, and 800 ten times on the sled about killed me today.

Not always documenting my foods, but am staying at right around 2000 calories per day.
