Cycled to the gym & had yet another fantastic weight / cardio session. Two martial arts trainers were in there & came over to have a chat with me about my weight loss. Both have advised me that my goal weight of 12 stone is far to low for my height & build & the Body Mass Index (BMI) is outdated & inaccurate as is the folk who preach such nonsense. More 'n' more are saying that 14 stone should be the low end. We shall see though.
