Diario de Lotus, 23 abr. 08

Well,I am TRYING to have a low calorie day today, and get it over with for the week..but it sucks. I usually try to have less treats that are not nutritionally sound on low cal days, because I will be STARVING otherwise! I think I got enough good stuff in..just barely though. I may end up eating a little more..idk yet, I'm playing it by ear. I am regretting that double scoop of fat free ice cream now!
It's no biggie..but I decided LATER that I would have my low cal day today, after I used too many cals on junk.
I just really want to get the scale going DOWN! I am a little frustrated.There wasn't a bit of a budge today. The contest is almost over, it's almost TOM for me, so I am battling the extra water weight with diuretic pills and lots of water intake. I just really really want to get to 120 by the end of the contest.
OI. For exercise today I did 20 minutes kickboxing, about 10 minutes weight lifting, and a 3 mile walk. Not nothing, but not great. I need to amp it up. What is up with my energy lately! It's been almost nonexistent.
I haven't caught any more mice today, I think they moved on! Or maybe I just need to change out the stale bait. Picky picky picky.
Well I hope everyone is doing well, sorry I haven't been keeping up with ya'll as much as I should. I had a lot of housework today.

Sounds like your truckin' right along!! Keep it up, and don't worry if today isn't a low day... do it tomorrow instead of racking yourself over the ice cream! lol :)
