I get to spend some quality time with my siblings this weekend, my sister has a few hours to kill today so we are going out for lunch and to do some shopping. My brother and his wife are staying at our house for two nights and we are going to a beer festival tomorrow. I usually only see them on holidays, so this is a special treat!  

@dhatura That’s so awesome!! Family time is the best!! Enjoy!!!  

I get to watch my Tar Heels play basketball with my kids tonight and enjoy some Fresca with a splash of lime and grey goose! 

@jheedon sounds like a fun time!!!  

My son's Advanced Anatomy teacher emailed me and told me that son did excellently on his Cardiovascular exam. The teacher said it was very difficult and son got an A in each section. :) It was a definite bright spot in a week of depression.  

I'm going to see people that I haven't seen in about 5 years, nervous about their reaction to the 120+ lbs lost, but excited too.  

My daughter is getting married and starting a new job! 

Two of my girls who have been part of my life since thet were 17 or so (they are now 49} still call me other mother. 

whew, okay. Been a big couple weeks, but here goes. My 1 rep max went up by 20 pounds on the bench press in just two weeks. Even though I'm not losing weight, I'm still getting bigger up top and smaller in the waist -- and most importantly, stronger and faster. I ran my first 5k last Saturday -- finished in 38 minutes and am planning to do another (this time on much flatter terrain!) I get to move all my stuff out of storage this weekend and get rid of that $45 a month fee. My wife and I are going on a road trip to DC, spending the weekend, then road tripping it back a different route in April, so I'm really looking forward to that. When we first started planning the trip, I wore a size 44 jeans. Now when I go clothes shopping this weekend, I'll get to buy 38s. God is good and I and my family are happy and healthy. Those are ranked in no particular order -- just how they popped in my head. Hope that helps :D  

ive lost 4 lbs since my last weigh in and im happy about it! 

My son came into town this morning. The way he works he travels all over and I haven’t see him in a couple months. Had lunch with him, my daughter, and my mom. I chose healthy from the menu and had them bring me a go box when they brought my food. So I have plenty of leftovers to play with 😁. 🦄 

I lost 0.8lbs since Monday :)  

My baby turns 25 on Tuesday!!!  

I'm in ketosis... motivated.. going to gym.... my 9 year old passed all classes on report card after a rough 9 weeks...  

I saw a rainbow this morning while driving my girls to school. It was spectacular! 

I graduate my graduate program in 49 days! My son pulled his ELA grade back up to a B I managed to get 4.5 hours of sleep last night. I get to watch a movie with my family tonight. 

I'm taking my wedding dress to get altered tonight. 💛 

I help someone today with forgiveness, which to me is one of the greatest gifts we as humans can give.  

Sunrise this morning over the Ocean made me feel warm and content before a full day at work. & ITS FRIDAY! 

Our oldest daughter who is pregnant (IVF) with a sweet girl is doing well. Our granddaughter (our first grandchild) is growing every day and in 2 more weeks, at 12weeks, the chances of miscarriage diminishes greatly. Thanking God today for all things.
