oven roasted a slice of cabbage in unfiltered evoo and garlic then topped it with boneless chicken thighs, and a mix of low carb veggies!💥bomb
I plan to make cabbage chips Monday because I was totally shocked at how delish a roasted chunk of cabbage was!
