Diario de Vaesse, 25 abr. 08

As much as it may not seem like I have cause, I'm proud of my dinner decision tonight. This is one of my husband's favorite meals. Usually it contains 2lbs of Velveeta, 2lbs of sausage, and 2 cans of Rotelle. This time I used turkey sausage instead of the regular sausage, and mixed it half and half with salsa. I also chose baked chips and didn't have a second bowl (or finish the bag of chips).

So, while I may not have had a "light" dinner, I certainly did better this time than I have in the past.
