Well, after two weekends of doing absolutely nothing and resting my hips, my left hip seems to have healed, but I still have pain in my right hip. Maybe one more week will do it? The pain is improving which I am grateful for. I bought a TENS unit on Amazon.com and that seems to be helping. I have no idea why these things work for pain, but they do. I thank you all for your encouragement and prayers.
