New scale. Don't you dislike how every scale gives you a different number? Fortunately I think I'll be using this scale for a good, long time. So, here is to day 3 of Crossfit! 😉

Crossfit will change your life girl. Best decision I have ever made. Been doing it for 7 months now and its AMAZING. Keep your diet to a lot if protein, it will fuel the tough workouts 💪🏾💪🏾 Good luck and welcome

Kelenke, you need to find out if there's a crossfit gym in your area :) it's like joining any other gym, except that with crossfit the community is so much more supportive and encouraging! Everyone cheers everyone else on 😊
