Alright its Monday and guess what?? I can finally begin to workout again so tonight back on the grind w/ kickboxing will try to do a full hour but 30min max..and a little ab workout as well..I cant wait to start since I missed a week and feel like crap, the weekend was back w/ food choices but its all good cuz this week that means I have to work extra hard to get tone and lose some of this yucky weight..wish me luck! :) have a great day!
