i was on the scales today and ive lost 2 more pounds ...however what it says on here and what i actually weigh are two differnt numbers..when i first joined i didnt really kno how much i weighed i estimated what i thought i might be at..and after i finally got down to 350, which is what many scales stop at...i was droppin weight faster then i could put down an it not look odd to everyone...so i decided today i would do a weigh in..and catch the weigh history up to the right numbers...and i think walkin and then the workout and watching my calories is all factors in my droppin my weight....
