Well...after a 4 month break and 10 pounds heavier, I'm back! It's been a crazy four months, we sold our house, bought a new house and moved!! My husband and I, our 11 yr old son, and two dogs. We're ready for the holidays, decorating is done, shopping is done, wrapping is done, baking will be done this weekend and oh yeah, my jeans are way too tight! I stepped on the scale this morning and almost cried ;( So back to watching I eat, drinking lots of water, and making time to get in a little exercise.
