Diario de NOLAMOMMY, 08 abr. 19

Okay so post st Jude I’ve lost most of the weight I have gained. I have about 7 weeks til I go back for however long it’s decided. I started to exercise this past week. It’s unreal to me that I was able to lose 100 pounds with diet alone. Knowing the food options I’m facing I know I need to get moving since gaining nearly nine pounds in three weeks isn’t okay. I’m 44 and my body is less than happy that I haven’t exercised in 13 years. Y’all the muscle pain! I want to get through it I really do but wow the pain!

I feel ya! Start small, do what you can, and try to push for "just a little more" as often as you can. Pain does not equal gain! Do not hurt yourself it will just set you back!
