Alright now I feel good I took my girls Naomy's advise and did my workout outside, last night I went for a walk/jog and it felt great it was hot as I dont know what but thats the best part..I did only 30minutes which is all I could handle cuz of the heat but I think it was good..tonight I am doing it again but I need some running shoes, jordans arent good for running LOL..geez! So I must go to target or I might go a lil expensive and hit up footlocker and see what they have later..But my journey does not end here I am going to push push hustle grind til I look damn good! :) Peace out!
