This is getting so much easier!! I am doing good at keeping my carb count low... the scale is my friend these days... it keeps showing me lower numbers, which I love. I am off for a walk to the park and the library, but will be back on when I get home to record my progress. I am trying to keep my carbs super low so that I can drink 1/2 cup of milk later as my little treat!!

Watch that milk - Atkins claims it can send you into sugar cravings. Personally, I have found that to be true! You are doing great!! I'm glad the scale is reflecting that!

see, for me it doesn't really make me crave sweets. I just had 7oz of really cold milk with a cheese stick (didn't go over my carbs) and it satisfied my craving. I would be happy having water now.
