I didn't do so well today! I didn't eat breakfast because I was in bed, and feeling like shit from this nasty sinus cold I have... hot and cold sweats... just feeling like shit. I snacked more than usual because I didn't eat breakfast. I did not go over my carb limit, but I didn't drink as much water as I should... and I didn't really exercise... just walked through a grocery store for a little over an hour reading labels and trying to figure out what I should buy. I feel like ass, and need to get stuff done around here, but I feel sluggish tonight. I should just crawl in bed with a book... and I might just do that!

Leah, you have been doing great. You have to take care of yourself because if you are sick, it is harder to stick to your plan. Take time for you and remember walking in the store for an hour is exercise that you would not get if you were sitting at home in front of the tv. Look for the good that you do each day. Do not beat yourself up over the slips. Just promise to keep trying to do better each day. Hope you're feeling better today.
