Diario de loosinisfun, 03 may. 08

DAY 333..DAY 15 OF INDUCTION..GOOOOOD MORNING FS!!!! cooler this morning..down to 50 for a morning walk..storms came thru yesterday..weighed in yesterday was ok with the weigh in..made lots of mistakes first 14 days, which caused my weight to go up alot, but hopefully this week comin up i can focus more on my eating routine and stick closer to my food choices..would like to get my eating habits like my exercise routine, where i dont have to constantly think about what im havin..i kno as time goes on il get more use to what im eating and my body will adjust to it..and il start showing a loss..still have a long journey ahead of me, so doing atkins is like starting all over again, and relearning everything all over again..except for the exercise part..lol..i have that down pat..

addon:didnt feel like walkin this morning so just went to the gym and decided to do an above the waist workout saturday and sunday..cardio of some sort mon-fri...and just some kind of a weights program on weekends..and give the cardio a break that day..

NEW MINI GOALS !!!!

1. LESS CARBS, MORE FAT AND PROTEIN !!!!!
2 PUSH THE WORKOUTS, BUT NOT SO MUCH YOU HURT YOURSELF !!!!!
3. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
4. ONLY EAT WHEN YOUR HUNGRY !!!
5. TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORKOUTS,BEFORE YOUR BODY HAS TO TELL YOU !!!
6. 66 POUNDS GONE, AND 66 MORE TO DROP ALONG THE JOURNEY !!!
7. I CAN DO THIS !!!!!!!

You'll get better at it w/ time. Practice makes perfect or they so they say, lol... what does't kill you, makes you skinnier?!!?! Keep it up Buddy!! I'm rootin' for ya!! ;)

Chart looks awesome my friend! Just think when the weather has settled down - you will be a walking fool! You should contact Nike or Reebok - maybe you could do some advertising for them! They say a pair of tennis shoes really only last about 6 months (or less) depending on the amount you use them. Keep on keeping on my friend!!! I can't wait to check in on your chart each week to see your progress.

It always takes a little trial and error to get used to a new program, you'll get it down pat soon! Just wondering though, are you planning on sticking with Atkins long term? I am sad! all my low fat friends are abandoning me!! S'ok tho..you do what's best for you! ;) Keep on keepin' on!

im not sure how long i will stay with atkins right now..as long as its workin i guess..lol..i had to get more serious with my eating habits..had to make my body change again...lol..

I understand totally! It's tricky to quit a low carb diet though, be careful down the road if you decide to switch. You really have to reintroduce carbs super slow so your body can readjust i ts fuel source, otherwise it will go crazy and store it all as fat! NO FUN!!! (that was the non-scientific version if you couldn't tell..i'm sure Atkins PHD Sarayray would love to swoop down and correct me) But hey, as long as it's workin', it beats a plataeu any day! have a great day!

You're doing so awesome!! Just having the exercise as an integral part of your daily schedule is GREAT! The diet will come with practice, and you'll learn what you can have and what works, I'm sure! You're kickin' it!! :) YOU CAN DO THIS!!
