Woke up far too early again, and didn't bother with the scales. Reflected on being exhausted, and concluded that I need to try out a Sun, Tue, Thu routine for dumbbells this week. Have done 7 days a week for a long time, and these new heavier dumbbells certainly take a lot more out of me.
