Rearranging Goals:

Stay away from the scale... until weigh in day, once a week!

Eat a good breakfast right upon awakening.

Stay low carb!

Get ready for the day right after breakfast... shower, dressed, and make up!

Go for a mid morning walk on days with good weather!

After walk, do dishes DAILY!

After dishes, clean the kitchen, including stove, counters, and floor!

Make lunch.

After lunch, do a 30 minute work out.

Clean livingroom after work out.

Clean bedroom including making bed.

After Jaedon's nap, have him help clean his room.

Vacuum all floors.

Clean up bathroom, including laundry.

Make dinner.

Read with Jaedon, play with him, and devote 1 whole hour to 1:1 time.

Give Jaedon his bath.

After Jaedon is in bed, RELAX.

If I don't make a play by play for each day, I will end up sitting around doing nothing. One Tuesdays and Thursday, I will be working out with a friend... playing tennis, or going for long walks. I need to keep myself in check. I need to stay away from the computer until everything is done.

Great planning! It helps to write things out. Weighing in once a week is what I do too. Because weight fluctuates so much during the week it's better that way. Then you don't get frustrated if you don't like what you see on the scale and then overeat. After a week it usually evens out. Hang in there!

Wow!! What a plan. Way to go. You need to do what is best for you. I need to weigh myself every day while I know others need to do it once a week. I think I should probably schedule some exercise time each day because that is my weakness. I may try to do some before I go to work and then again some after work. The new 50 lb challenge has us posting our exercise minutes so this should help me. I just feel guilty because I am so far behind at work. But I think I have to remember that I am more important than work. Remember as well that water weighs a lot. I can go up 5 lb overnight if I have had too much sodium.

I think this is a great idea!! But don't let it ruin spontaneous moments. I do agree that it's important to get other stuff done before you get on the computer - and it can suck you in so easily!!! I also try to reevaluate what I'm doing about once a month and set some goals - just like you are doing now. It really does help. You are doing so well!
